(DVSI) the recognized leader in the development of low bit rate speech compression technology announces the relocation of its corporate offices to Clearwater, Florida. After more than thirty five years of continued successful growth in the Boston Massachusetts area, DVSI is relocating its main facility including engineering, R&D and manufacturing. Being conveniently located in downtown Clearwater provides DVSI with more opportunities to add to its team of world class engineers.

DVSI's engineering team members are experts in advanced signal processing algorithms with years of experience in speech analysis, speech modeling, speech synthesis, parameter estimation; and quantization. Dr. John Hardwick, DVSI's president will be overseeing the daily operation and is excited to begin working on improvements to DVSI’s AMBE+2™ Voice Compression technology in areas such as speech quality, voice intelligibility and lower bitrates. In addition, the Clearwater facility provides plenty of space for state-of-the-art manufacturing of new DVSI products.
